No free returns and a policy to send returns recorded delivery meant I was out of pocket by £10 as a result of odering online and returning what I had ordered. If online shopping is the new normal, why do I feel like I'm being punished for doing so? Not good enough and a bitter experience I will not be repeating with HoF.
