Fast delivery and easy to order. However I have emailed customer services twice and have had no reply. This was in regards to adding my recognition points to my online order as there was no facility to add them whilst ordering and postage costs on returns when you are paying for postage to receive the goods. The costs of returns negates any savings made on the items ordered and will stop me ordering from them going forward.
