Great selection of clothing for all occasions, including sportswear. Homeware seems to be less extensive now. Customer Services are slow in responding and the delivery charge for Scotland, when returning also is at cost, make it less competitive to John Lewis who are free on both delivery and return. A recent issue with HoF store card has not been fixed after more than a week meaning no 'lockdown' offers could be maximised.
