Customer service at House of Fraser is like dealing with a house of muppets. So unprofessional and absolutely misleading. They know how to waste your time and money instead of truly helping you.
Also sizing information on kids clothing is absolutely misleading. Do not buy from House of Fraser, you will only end up having to return it.
