I ordered a pair of Hugo Boss jeans in size 32 regular and paid £4.99 delivery charge, which I believed was a bit high for standard delivery. When they arrived they had supplied 38 regular, I tried to contact customer service but they have no phone number, therefore I emailed them, they asked for some supporting photos which I provided and 2 weeks later I have still heard nothing back.
I have returned the jeans at my own cost (£3.50) and received a refund.
In total I am £8.50 out of pocket due to their mistake. Very poor customer service
