I was happy with the choice and offers available. But it's utterly bonkers you charged me postage when I spent nearly £300. And then you also charge for returns and they have to go back via a post office. No wonder House of Fraser is considered out of touch. You can do better, guys. I won't use you for online shopping again because of this.
