I paid extra for the next day delivery as it was part of my fiancé’s birthday present and I got an email the following day saying there was a problem with the order and it wasn’t getting delivered and only 1 part of the order would be getting delivered the following day (not next say delivery ). I eventually got both parts but the service I expect from Frasers is usually better than this
