Unfortunately House of Fraser is living in the dark ages still. People have had to shop online for clothes and shoes and therefore need to order a selection of things to try on for size and fit. Every other store I have shopped at either does free returns or a standard price of a return, for example £2.50. They also use a parcel collection company like Hermes so you can simply have your parcel collected from the house or drop to a local collection point. The fact that House of Fraser still does not offer any type of returns service is ridiculous. I had to queue up at the post office and then pay a huge fee to send back one coat. For this reason I try never to shop at House of Fraser and don't plan to again. I really think you need to reconsider this policy as when people shop online they need to feel confident to order more things than they wanted to try on.
