Appalling. Sent out a faulty pair of jeans, which I photographed and sent over to Customer Service. They advised me to send back to them for inspection, and they would refund postage if fault confirmed. Emailed me to advise an exchange was being processed, but when I followed up on this 4 days later they advised this wasn’t the case and I was being refunded. Still waiting on information on how to claim my refund for posting the faulty jeans back.
Still not sorted out, and I’m on my fifth email. Waste of time. Horrible service.
