I ordered this dress next day delivery but I haven’t received it yet. I’ve been charged but it hasn’t reached the courier after 7 days. I’ve received emails from House of Fraser this week about buying more purchases and I think that is in poor taste considering the bad service I’ve received. At least check customers have received their items before inundating them with emails.
