Once again I find that I am having to rate House of Fraser 1 star for their customer service. It would be zero stars but the system won’t allow this. I recently received an item damaged beyond repair due to poor packaging. I got nowhere trying to get a reasonable response to my complaint until I put my concerns on this medium. I then got a swift and reasonable resolution or so I thought. I advised that I did want the product and I was promised a replacement. This duly arrived in the same packaging as its predecessor and consequently is shattered. I again find I am getting no response from you. This is very poor indeed House of Fraser and not at all what I would expect from a company with your reputation.
