I ordered from HoF purely because of a brand of trainer they stock that my husband likes and can't get anywhere else for a decent price excpet Hof / Sports Direct. I made up the order to include some other items to make the fee of £4.99 for delivery worthwhile. As you do. However once items were ordered the trainers was said to be out of stock. Ah typical. Anyway, delievery arrived 3 days earlier than stated (not a problem but could be for some if you know you won't be at the address) Had to return a few items due to sizing however they also charge for Returns! Wow, I should've looked into this but assumed like most companies returns are free. Plus the only way to get a FULL refund is to return by post. I returned to my local store to receive a credit note instead. A credit note. Not even my money back. Once that is used I won't shop Hof again. Mike Ashley is a greedy ****!
