I am very angry at HOF. Tried contacting them but to no avail.
I am a very loyal client - infact I just ordered two weeks ago and my parcel was delivered within 2 days and no duty charges were incurred. I have now place another order and paid for express delivery once again - but they have changed their delivery services since and its has been already been a week since I placed my order, still have not received them and I am told I will have to incur Duty charges now.
So disappointed
