Allowed me to order two items and sent me a dispatch confirmation, then on the same day cancelled my order due to these items being out of stock. Then I was given a refund for the two items, but not my £4.99 postage, even though they never even posted my items, and I was only refunded this when I made contact with them, otherwise I would have never received it. First time ordering from house of fraser and I will certainly not be using them in future.
