I purchased 2 of the same item in different sizes but when I tried to return one of them at my local store, I was told I could not have a refund but instead they would issue me with vouchers. The jacket I purchased is sold at my local store, so I can see no reason why it could not be returned. I had to send the unwanted item back at my own expense. This is out of line with all other large stores and as a result I will no longer purchase anything online from House of Fraser.
