Great service, the returns service/process could be improved tho. I made one order that arrived in 2 parcels, unfortunately an item in both didnt fit well meaning I had to pay for 2 returns. I would also like to see the return form have more codes than just the three listed with additional ones such as bad fit/uncomfortable.
