Postage for my trainers seemed high however as they were in the sale I thought it didn’t matter that much however I had to return trainers as they were to big I wasn’t allowed the option to return to store as they were an online order! I had to pay postage again which in total cost £9.50 needless to say I won’t be ordering online from house of Fraser again
