I love House of Fraser stores, especially Kendal’s in Manchester. Your on line not so much. Most on line shops have free returns, you don’t.
I recently ordered on line some Estée Lauder eye cream, on the description it said free gift with this product. I didn’t receive any free gift.
It may have been because I partially paid with Recognition Points, but who knows, no explanation.
