The purchase I made it ladies Kicjersboots was fine and I picked up from the arranged collection point. The size however is not right and I tried to return them to Sports Direct but was told I would only receive a credit note as they don't have the product in stock. Why can't they give me a refund on a purchase which is still new in the box?
