Had the same item go missing twice thanks to Hermes (moral of the story: don't order on Friday for weekend delivery). Got the item in the end and, to be fair, HoF Customer Services handled things well when I could get through to them, but having Hermes in the delivery chain is a pain when HoF don't offer alternative delivery options.
