While I was very impressed with the speed of delivery, it was disappointing that the jacket I bought still had the security tag on it when it arrived. Unfortunately, as there are no House of Fraser stores in Dublin, I cannot bring the jacket into a store for them to remove it. Now I have the hassle of returning the item and ensuring that I'm refunded for postage. Not ideal.
