Online service provides quick, easy ordering, fantastic savings, and a delivery service which exceeds expectations. I had to return an item due to changing mind and re ordered. The refund was extremely quick and the new item arrived within 2 days. Could not be a better service. My only issue would be I could not return online item to the local Store and had to post. When I went to my local Bournemouth store however, I found the staff there lacked the knowledge with regard to refund policy and had to ask the manager. When I asked if they had similar items, it seemed like I was being a nuisance and the Eastern European girl on the first floor was even quite surly! No wonder people are choosing to go online and shop. So for online service, yes 5 stars.
