I ordered a pair of trainers over a month ago and paid extra for next day delivery. Still no sign of a delivery. I contacted the online support to get a notice that "it might be lost" and that they considered my ticket now closed - still no trainers or refund. After multiple ticket closures I've had a response that somebody would get back to me in 5 days time.
For such a high end store the customer service is beyond shocking!
