Customer service failure.
Shoes were delivered but had been worn so desperate attempt to get replacement sent to me in 4 days proved impossible. Yet I paid for next day delivery on the original order. Customer service poor, responses parroting the same verses but not looking to rectify the issue. I have used HOF for a while but after this experience I won’t be returning.
