I bought an item on the website a Karimor coat with some socks. I asked for next day delivery at a cost of £8. After half and hour House of Fraser cancelled the coat from my order without an alternative offered. I instantly sent messages across customer support and Twitter to cancel the rest of the order. I was told the order had been accepted already so couldn’t be cancelled 10 minutes before I got a confirmation from the courier. The rejection to cancel the rest of the order felt intentional. Little help and no solutions offered.
