Everything is great , very efficient delivery , it’s when you have a faulty item it all falls down, one item completely wrong size with the wrong tag attached , the other still had a security tag attached, I’ve attempted to speak to someone 5 times now with no success at all, web chat is rubbish , they start a chat then just don’t respond after a while, it’s like they get board of talking to you,
