One of my items arrived broken. It was returned. I was told it had been replaced and was on its way, but it wasn't. I now find the item is out of stock and so, even if it is restocked, I will be unable to purchase the item at the discount price. If I hadn't been given the wrong info I could have made other arrangements. Not impressive.
