I enjoy shopping in House of Fraser but disappointed that the loyalty points appear to have ceased. I lost £40 worth of vouchers last year owing to being unable to use my points in time when in lockdown, the assistant took the details of the vouchers and sent to head office to reissue and I've never heard back.
