I've used HOF a LOT over the years and whilst pricing and choice is usually good, the new policy of charging for delivery and returns is slightly sickening (even on a £600 order). I've also had problems in the past getting a refund, but to be fair my most recent return was processed and refunded within hours of arriving back - I find that paying by Paypal now always seems to speed things up. Return back to free delivery and returns and I will change my review back to 5*!
