The item itself was okay but the label was ripped and looked really old - because this was a gift it just did not look presentable. Also, the invoice and returns label were printed on really old paper - it's not a massive issue I guess but it just felt like I am dealing with someone that is going out of business. Also, I was surprised that you have to pay the returns postage - nowadays this is usually covered, especially by companies that do clothing items.. not the worst, but would not order again
