I bought clothes from House of Fraser. I don't feel they are geared up for online sales. To charge postage on a £600 order goes against the grain - and then have to pay for returns. Linking their courier to return clothes would be a start. There are many other companies who do it far better. (One of the dresses I bought (£135) was delivered in a torn bag and crumpled)
