I recently bought 2 jumpers for my husband totalling over £200 one was not as good quality so I took it in store to return it I was told by the shop assistant if I return in store I can only have a gift voucher and no refund. I do not want a gift voucher for £88 so I now have to pay to return it as well as paying £4.99 delivery I’m afraid no other store operates like this so no more purchases from HOF I will shop elsewhere.
