Really poor service and not at all what I expected from House of Fraser.
Ordered a chair and recieved a confirmation of order email. After 1 week I still hadn't heard anything else. The advised dispatch date passed and still no further email. Contacted customer service on 4 occasions and only received responses on 2 of these. They couldn't tell me what was actually happening with the order as it was a "supplier issue". The amount was then returned to my account so I would guess I'm not getting my order? Paid part card and part gift card so no idea if the giftcard has been refunded as no email or contact to confirm 10 days after placing original order.
Really poor processing and lack of communication. It doesn't feel like HoF have the technology to efficiently support online orders.
Someone named Ben in customer service was helpful but was limited in what he could do to help or update me. Otherwise really poor customer service and journey.
