I am happy with the overall quality of the clothing I have purchased from HOF and have purchased a lot more in store. I do have to express dissatisfaction with the online store as I ordered and paid for 3 hoodies and received one hoodie plus 2 sweaters. The person I spoke in regards to resolving this cut me off as I directly said the persons responsible for making such an error should lose their jobs. To summarise; I’m not sure if I would advise people to shop online with a company who employs incompetent staff.
