Worst shopping experience of my life
Long story short.
I bought a Samsonite luggage on their website following advice from one of their agents on the Chat.
Got the wrong item delivered. I went back to complaint they started asking me for proof that someone on their side had misinformed. Thanks god I still had the chat window on my Mac, so I took screenshot sent it over to the new agent I was chatting with and he said was “Sorry” I now have to pay Royal Mail postage fees to return an item I didn’t buy.
