As a mother of a two month old baby going shopping for dresses in town is not an option for me at the moment so I bought 5 dresses online to try on at home. What I didn't realise was that HoF make the customer pay for postage of any returned items. I've just had to pay £10 to send them back, none of them fit nicely which is to be expected. I didn't read the small print and don't want other customers to fall foul in the same way.
