I have purchased 30 covent pouches, I received only 22, 8 are missing! The house of fraser employee said and confirmed they shipped 30, so where are my 8 pouches? They don’t know so they opened up an investigation, it’s totally unfair, i paid for something I except it to be delivered to me not go missing
If I don’t find any compensation this would be the last order from my side and I’ll contact the authorities
