Ordered a fascinator for a wedding, it was packaged in a postal bag instead of a box with no padding despite having paid £4.99 for delivery. As a result it arrived broken, with the hairband detached from the headpiece. In order to return it I would have to pay for postage to send it back, and then reclaim this. Very poor service.
