I am annoyed at the length of time it takes to get a delivery and that when I order something it gets cancelled. I have returned items and received a credit note rather than a refund for no apparent reason and when queried it, have received no reply. I am annoyed I have to pay for returns - you don't anywhere else. I don't think I will be ordering from HoF for a while. There are better deals out there and free returns.
