Not impressed that such a massive company do not offer returns, you have to raise your own return and cover postage costs, when did this happen?! I swear you always offered returns before.
The item received was covered in deodorant marks from someone else already trying it on which is not only unhygienic but unacceptable given the cost of the item, do you not have quality control teams?
