Happy with my items but I paid extra for next day delivery which I didn’t receive. I was compensated with a next day delivery code to use on my next order which I think is totally unrelated and unacceptable. I’m not planning to make an order any time soon and if I did I probably wouldn’t be bothered about when it arrived. It was the items on this specific order that I wanted next day. If you can’t provide the service you shouldn’t charge people for it.
