The process of buying the product was good .
The failure of DPD to deliver is very Bad .
The delivery address is an office and has people working in there from 0900 - 1700. 5 days a week .
The product I purchased has been returned by DPD after one attempt .
They must have gone to the wrong address because of reasons given .
.DPD do have a bad reputation & I suggest you rethink your choice of courier before their incompetence reflects on The House Of Fraser .
