No problem with the ordering process or standard of product, however the delivery with Hermes was not up to the same standard. Hermes faked that they had attempted to deliver the item, however I was in all day and they definitely didn’t attempt a delivery, they also said they would reattempt the delivery the next working- but didn’t!! I’m sure they have faked the ‘attempted delivery’ just to hit their targets!!
