I received a pair of faulty boots and have been chasing a refund for five weeks. I get a different person every time I email customer service who just keeps saying my email has been passed onto the relevant department, then I never hear anything further.
I've been a loyal customer for 30 years. After this experience, I will never purchase from them again!
