Thieves! Bought a swimsuit, they sent it by Hermès, Hermès photo of delivery just shows hand that holds my package in the slit of the letterbox, when I came home package wasnt inside raised case with house of Fraser they gave me 10 % discount to buy second one while they investigate. And then they come back saying that they “investigated” and Hermès said they delivered. Never going to order anything from this company! I rarely leave any reviews but I am outraged! Bests T
