Ordered a handbag received a completely differentone. After a 33 minute online chat the operator finaly agreed reluctantly to arrange a collection, The wrong bag was returned via DPD to them brand new , strap still inside not even attached to the bag , tags stillon - Now accused of it being used, therefore rejested and woll not refund ne despite it being a totally different bag ! most certainly not use the strap has never been added to the bag and the stuffing still inside and tags still on it and returned in 24 hours yet they refuse to refund me , On chat again tonight and still no refund so a manager seriously needs to look at how complaints and false accusations are being handled. After decaded of shopping with this company I am quite frankly disgusted not just for the lack of care empathy or wanting to help me but the fact I had the wrong item ( incidentally higher value ) and returned brand new t6agged and packed inside accused of using it.
