This is the worst online experience ever.
I ordered some trousers in size 6, they shipped size 12, they told me to ship it back at their expenses, and they would ship me the correct size. Not only I had to pay more than Euro 18 to ship back (never refunded), but they have received my trousers 2 weeks ago and they don’t have any intention to give me the ones I paid for.
They don’t reply to my mails. Very frustrating.
I’m going to open a dispute with paypal.
