I ordered 2 items on houseoffraser October 11th . The order number is HOF40000067989845. Due to houseoffraser mistake. The order was returned to houseoffraser warehouse inexplicably.No customer service contacted me what happen. I contact them every time every time.
21 days have passed, 21 days have passed. Houseoffraser website promised a 7-day refund. No news. No customer service contacted me . Can you tell me the reason? When will I get a refund? A very bad shopping experience.
