Absolutely shocking customer service. Placed a £180 order that contained a gift boxed skin care set, a game, and a china planter.
All arrived with damaged and dented packaging but was told that packaging is not included in their warranty so I would have to pay to return it.
Absolutely unacceptable - you do not buy an £84 beauty gift set and expect to give it someone as a present damaged.
Will never order online from them again. Packaging is poor and items arrive in poor condition
