I ordered a pair of Barbour burnished leather thinsulate gloves for my son in law’s birthday. Unfortunately when he opened them, there were 2 left handed ones. I have sent dozens of emails stating I was sending them back for an exchange. I then received an email saying they were out of stock.I not only paid £4.99 delivery but also charged postage for returning them. I then received another email a few days later saying “ exchange of faulty item”. I’ve still not received the pair of gloves ordered at the beginning of November. Another email arrived last week “ Ticket resolved “. No idea what that means as I have neither the gloves or a refund!
Horrendous customer service, rude disinterested staff in my local store.
